Peer Review Process

The journal follows double blind peer review policy. The manuscript is sent to minimum of two reviewers (the experts in respective field) to review the manuscript in the light of features of a quality research paper. The journal follows a systematic review and publication policy:

• Step-1: All submitted manuscripts will be assessed and checked by an editor to ensure they comply with the journal’s focus, scope, and author guidelines. The editor also verifies that both AI-detection scores and plagiarism levels remain within the acceptable limits established by the journal. Manuscripts that meet the criteria will proceed to the next stage, whilst those that do not will be rejected without further review.

• Step 2: The editor will send the manuscript to a minimum of two reviewers (manuscript without the name and affiliations of the author(s)).

• Step 3: The review reports are collected from the reviewers and the editor will send the review reports to the authors including all terms and conditions of the publication.

• Step 4: If the manuscript is accepted as subject to revision, the editor will send the review reports to the author/corresponding author, including a formal request to revise the manuscript as per the suggestions of the reviewers. The author will send the revised manuscript to the same reviewers as before to justify the revision. If the manuscript is again returned by the reviewers with the same (or not too quite different) assessment or review result, the manuscript is said to be finally rejected. The manuscript will not proceed with the said manuscript. However, if the paper undergoes only very minor changes or significant changes during revision, the editorial board may consider it for further revision.

• Step 5: The accepted paper is processed for publication (soft copy) upon the successful completion of the journal’s terms and conditions.

• Step 6: Proofreading. The editor will send the processed manuscript for editing, focusing on correcting surface-level errors like spelling, grammar, punctuation, and formatting.

• Step 7: Copy Editing. The editor will send the proofread manuscript to copyedit so that the author can have a final check on the manuscript.

• Step 8: The paper is published online. The editor will notify the author/corresponding author about online publication with the necessary download link.
