1. How to Write the Title, the Name, and the Authors’ Address
The title of the manuscript should be on the top of the first page with the text alignment. Meanwhile, the author’s name, affiliation, and address should be mentioned at the manuscript and not exceed than 5 authors while the email is only mentioned for the corresponding author. Communication regarding the article revision and the final statement will be informed via email to the all authors. It is suggested that the authors collaborate with researchers from diverse countries.

3. The Guidelines for the Manuscript Body Text
The title of the manuscript: Title describes the problems expressed which written shortly, concisely and clearly, not more than 14 words, by Capitalize each word, Align Text, Garamond, 18 size - font, Bold Letters.
Abstract: The abstract must contain 150--250 words that consist of 2-3 sentences about the purpose; 1-2 sentences about contribution; 2-3 sentences about the method; 4-5 sentences about the result; and 1-2 sentences about conclusions (10pt).
Keywords: The keywords are written in italic letter, no more than 5 word which written in the tittle.
Introduction: This page explains the background and purpose of this study. It is important to provide a statement about the scientific novelty through a review of previous literature from several researchers or studies. This is also intended to identify the research gaps of this article. Additionally, legal issues or legal matters related to the research are also an important element of the article that must be clearly stated.
Methods: The Methods section contains enough information to allow readers to understand what was done practically. Avoid providing overly lengthy conceptual explanations about the meaning of a particular method, approach, or type of research. Instead, emphasize explanations about the types of methods, approaches used, as well as how data was obtained and analyzed. This is also a space where the author, if necessary, can explain the reasons for choosing a particular theoretical framework for the research they are conducting.
Discussion: Discussion should be written in same part and made in line with the research objectives in the subheading and writing flow. They should be presented continuously starting from main result until supporting results and equipped with further discussion. Discussion section should cover basic principles ranging from analytic, implicative, interpretative, constructive, to comparative. Figures, Tables, and other visualization (if any) should be put in the same part of this section and should be made available for editors to edit. If authors provide any relevant picture, make sure it is in high resolution. Although both result and discussion are writen in the same part, it has to be clear between what the data tells and how it relates to the wider relevant discussion or relevant current theoretical framework.
Conclusion: Instead of replicating any part from Abstract or Result and Discussion section, this part simply states what the authors think the data implies and means, and, as such, should relate directly back to the problem/question of the article in regard to the wider discussion of the theme. Limitiation of the current study as well as suggestion for further relevant research should also be mentioned here. This section should neither offer any reasons for those particular conclusions, as it should have been presented in the Discussion section. By only looking at the Introduction and Conclusions sections, a reader should have a good idea of what the researcher has investigated, discovered, and contributed even though the specific details of would not be simply known.
Acknowledgment: Authors might express appreciation and gratitude for physical and moral help during the writing process of the article since the data compilation to the publication. This is valid for both persons and institution, such as respondents or funding provider.
References: The references of the manuscript must be up to date (in the last of 5 to 10 years and minimum). At minimum, there used 30 references that 40% of them are from primary sources/reputable academic journals) accessible by everyone. Authors are responsible for ensuring that the information in each reference is complete and accurate. All references should be cited within the text; otherwise, these references will be automatically removed. Writing bibliography should use reference manager application as Mendeley or Zotero using Chicago Manual of Style 17th edition.
4. The Guidelines for Literature Reviews, Citations and References
Authors are suggested to cite several articles from Decova Law Journal. All the presented data or quotes should attach the reference sources. The references and literature review should use Mendeley reference application manager. The writing format in Decova Law Journal follows the format applied by Chicago Manual Citation Style:17th Ed.
